Where is my order?
We know you’re excited to receive your Femina jewellery, and we’re just as excited to get it to you. As a small Australian business, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and processed from the date your order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?
Our jewellery is crafted using premium materials including 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Gold Plated Sterling Silver and selected Stainless Steel pieces.
All materials are clearly listed on each individual product page.
Our jewellery is nickel-free and lead-free, making it suitable for most sensitive skin. As everyone’s skin chemistry is different, reactions to certain metals or plating may vary.

Every Femina piece is designed in Australia and produced by trusted manufacturing partners who meet our standards for quality craftsmanship and ethical production.
We produce in smaller quantities wherever possible to reduce waste and carefully inspect every piece before it is sent to our customers.
Our packaging is designed to be beautiful enough to keep and reuse, while using recyclable materials wherever possible. As our brand grows, we remain committed to improving our sustainability and making thoughtful choices that minimise our environmental impact.
Are all of your designs created by you?
Yes. Every Femina design is personally created by me in Australia.
Each piece starts as my own idea and is thoughtfully designed from concept through to the final product. I spend time refining every detail to ensure each design is unique, meaningful and made to the highest standard.
Femina is built on original designs inspired by strength, confidence and timeless beauty. You won’t find mass-produced jewellery here every collection is exclusive to Femina and created with intention.
