Processing & Delivery Times
As a small Australian jewellery brand, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing or severe weather.
Shipping Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, Femina is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels. We are also not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
For orders shipped to New Zealand, any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly assist by lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the carrier has officially confirmed that the parcel has been declared lost. Please note that investigations may take up to 8 weeks to be completed.
