What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your Femina piece before it officially arrives in stock. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your jewellery from an upcoming production run before it becomes available for immediate dispatch.
The estimated shipping timeframe is listed on each product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind once your order has been placed. Our standard Returns Policy still applies to all eligible pre-order items.
Important Information
The dispatch date provided is an estimate and may occasionally vary due to the production process. If you’re purchasing your jewellery for a special occasion or event, we recommend allowing at least one additional week for delivery.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once your pre-order piece is ready. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
